to learn classes for all ages and fitness levels. Riders are encouraged to work at their own pace.
No prior experience needed! You must sign up for class at the front desk. We recommended that
you wear bike shorts and bring a water bottle to class. Heart rate monitors suggested. 45-60

environment puts less stress on your body's joints while adding resistance to help improve your
muscle tone. No swimming ability is required; however participants must be comfortable in deep
Designed for individuals with moderate to severe joint problems. Designed to
alleviate pain, and improve joint movement, strength and stamina. Low to moderate intensity
level. All exercises can be modified depending on fitness level. Participants should be able to
walk in the pool at low intensity.
